Friends for Fitness

Last Saturday I met with a couple friends who also want to get serious about their health. We talked about our goals, what we have already tried, and what we would be interested in trying. We came up with a plan together. Today we started the cleanse that I previously did by myself. So far so good, it’s only day one ;). We are going to be meeting up every Monday and Thursday to work out together. We will also be keeping each other accountable and encouraged through texts and messages. It is so helpful to find a group of like-minded people and get something started. I encourage you all to ask around and see if anyone is interested in joining you on your weight loss/wellness journey. There are plenty of online groups you can join for free as well, depending on your preference. I find it helpful to have that personal contact. Keep moving forward and striving to be the best that you can be.

If you do not take care of your health and your body, no one else will… so do yourself a favor!
